These ministries are done by one person, who may solicit money, needed articles or connection from others. They do not have direct connection to any of the ministry areas of HRLC or to the Visioning Leadership Team.

Personal Ministries

• Lead by a (self) identified facilitator
• Generally is a "gathering" type of ministry
• Concerned about an identified area of ministry that can be handled by one person
• Only has one member (may recruit others as "bringers")
• No necessity for regular meetings - meetings are the time spent in dissemination of what has been gathered
• May self-perpetuate
• Comes about through a personal idea of a member or disciple, or an idea from the Stability Triangle, "B" Leadership Team, staff or pastor which is posted
• Granting of permission is not needed

Task Forces

• Lead by a (self) identified facilitator
• Ministry is of "short" duration
• Concerned about an identified area of ministry that needs more than one person to be carried out
• Must have two or more members
• Must have at least one meeting to plan the activity
• May self-perpetuate
• Comes about through a personal idea of a member or disciple, or an idea from the Stability Triangle, "B" Leadership Team, staff or pastor which is posted
• Granting of permission is not needed

Small Group Ministries

• Lead by a (self) identified facilitator
• Ministry is generally for a year or longer
• Concerned about an identified area of ministry that needs more than one person to be carried out
• Must have two or more members
• Must have regular meetings during the duration of the Ministry
• May self-perpetuate
• Comes about through a personal idea of a member or disciple, or an idea from the Stability Triangle, "B" Leadership Team, staff or pastor which is posted
• Granting of permission is not needed
