On each Sunday of the month we have an offering for either a benevolence or a program. Sometimes these are monetary and at other times they involve non-monetary gifts.
It is extremely helpful to those who are responsible for each of these offerings if items are brought and/or given on the designated days. When items are brought on another date, they often sit in the church for a couple of weeks (until noticed by the facilitator).
Although we do not want to quash the spirit of giving, which may lead to items being brought and/or given at another time, we would like to request cooperation so that these contributions can be handled in the most expeditious manner.
If you are going to bring something on a day other than the indicated day, please contact the facilitator to let them know that you are doing so, in order to help them to secure the items in a timely manner.
